The product can be returned within 2 days and exchanged within 5 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be fully packaged in the same condition as before sale, with all information clearly displayed and well stored.
- Failure to use and activate software on devices.
- The original purchase invoice must be available.
- The product must not be a personal use product or an electrical and electronic product.
- The customer bears the logistical costs, and the costs of dismantling and installation if any.
- It should not be a promotional product or a refurbished product.
- A 10% discount will be applied to the product value upon return.
